Joanne Norris

Background: I’ve lived in Rockland St Mary for almost 10 years and been a Parish Councillor since 2020. I am a full time Civil Engineer and work on maintaining the flood defences around the Broads and/or designing new defences in the East of England, amongst other things. I love walking, gardening and bird watching. I’m also just starting to develop a plot on the allotments, so can regularly be found pottering around it.
